The location was ideal, close to the Wye Valley and with beautiful countryside views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast offerings could have been better, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

The cottage was very quaint and well decorated. The heating worked well, keeping us warm during our stay. The balcony had fantastic views over the countryside, and the outdoor area was spacious. There was a small welcome pack of food, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean attractions.
There was an infestation of spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, which made us uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the cottage was a big concern, with hairs on the bedding and an uncleaned bath.
